I was at a friend’s dinner party on Sunday and noticed a 4×6″ print of this cleanly placed on her stainless steel fridge – a perfect setting – I had forgotten that I had give her that print in a magnet sleeve. It made me realize that I need to slow down on occasion and give reverence to singular images. Individual images.
It’s always been difficult for me to maintain my focus and block out distractions, made worse by the internet and the access that we have to everything we’ve ever wanted. Many times it feels like the race is on, but I’m not sure to where… Over the next few months I’ll be posting singular images that to me have an iconic feel. If you see one that you like, maybe I can get you one for your fridge.
